Motivational workshops, hands-on coaching and mentorship bridges the gap in care and resources to improve individuals' quality of life.

WFLC advocates for and assists candidates with case management services throughout the lifetime of their career. This is a part of our case management services, which lasts throughout the candidate's entire career. Case management helps candidates feel comfortable in their job, identify avenues for upskilling and promotions, work through job loss or support pivots in career interests.

WFLC provides credit counseling, financial management, career counseling, and debt relief– all in pursuit of homeownership readiness. Owning a home is more than finding a place and signing the papers: stability, surety, and financial literacy are vital. Career counseling is an important component to ensure a candidate with a stable career can maximize their income to afford a home. 

Our program empowers individuals to advance their careers through skills development, career support, and employment assistance. We offer professional development workshops, networking events, leadership training, and career coaching to equip participants with the necessary skills, connections, and confidence. Our comprehensive approach includes vocational training, resume workshops, job placement services, and ongoing mentorship, bridging the gap between talent and opportunity to help participants thrive in their chosen careers.

WFLC provides cell phones and tablets to individuals who are recipients of state aid. In addition to device distribution, we offer comprehensive training services for various devices, including tablets, phones, and computers. Our training programs help candidates learn how to pay bills, access educational services, enroll in training courses, and navigate healthcare services online. By equipping individuals with both the technology and the skills to use it effectively, WFLC empowers them to manage their daily tasks more efficiently, pursue educational and career opportunities, and improve their overall quality of life.
