With WFLC, employers have access to pre-screened employees who are Reliable, Trustworthy, and Ambitious (RTA). Through the PCC Platform, the WFLC team supports people in underserved communities in their search for employment, stability, and ultimately, independence, serving as a one-stop-shop to connect them with the right social services, education, and training partners to meet their unique needs. After the initial employment placement, PCC will assist individuals in their career path development by having them return to WFLC for additional career path support through access to education and training brought to WFLC through its partners.
