WFL Collective™’s (“WFLC”) mission is to provide access to economic opportunities for disadvantaged members of the workforce, through a technology database, in order to create lasting and systemic change. We actively seek and cultivate partnerships with local community organizations, leaders, and stakeholders. These collaborations enable us to pool resources, share knowledge, and work together towards shared goals. By leveraging the expertise, networks, and resources of our partners, we enhance the effectiveness of our initiatives and broaden our reach within the community. These partnerships enable us to access additional support and specialized skills that we may not possess independently.
