Users that are pre-screened and determined to be “Ready-To-Work” are connected with employers. Users that are not ready workers can follow two different paths in the WFL system. The first is for the user who needs little to moderate help with soft skills like coaching around essential interview skills, preparing for an interview, and understanding the importance of answering the phone while job-seeking. For these users, PCC has systems in place to improve those small issues through educational video content, training, and advice. The second path is for the user who needs more significant help, and their next steps will be determined by social service providers, who are members of the WFL Collective™, based on a referral by PCC.
All partners (members of the collective) gain a large network of individuals and enterprises all oriented towards goal achievement and change, as well as a more efficient way of helping constituents. For those individuals who are not "Ready-To-Work," the social service partners that participate in the WFL Collective™ can easily assess their issues and improve their readiness. Engage WFL Collective™ to substantially impact economic and social inequality. WFL sends vetted and often trained employees and manages their efficacy and time in each position. These candidates are from underserved and underestimated communities, and getting them employed substantially changes their lives for the better. They can feed their families, improve their lives, and move forward in their careers.

Sign an MOU, send us any referrals you have for the employment side of our operation.
We screen & evaluate the participants and send them to Project Community Capital for the PCC Process.
After screening, data will be collected per partner on the statistics of the referrals and success rates.
Quarterly meetings will be held to discuss the partnership and its efficiency. These meetings will help us improve the system and maintain continual communication.

Once our constituents have finished any educational courses, trainings, or services, your organization sends them back to us with their new knowledge and ability.
We will re-screen and reassess the individuals referred back., and collect data on the efficacy, ability, and length of the partner's program.
