Our Process
If we are determined that you are “Ready-To-Work” you will be connected with employers based on your skillset and interests.
If you are not yet ready for employment, you will be assigned one of two paths.
- Coaching. You will receive coaching and training to develop essential interview skills, prepare for an interview, and understand the importance of answering the phone while job-seeking. Our team will work with you 1:1 to track your progress and determine if you are ready for employment.
- Barrier Removal Services. Many individuals we serve face barriers to employment that can seem insurmountable. We work with our service partners to help you develop a plan for overcoming those barriers. Once you complete this step, our team will reevaluate you and help you develop a path to employment
